Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
COURIER:
Deliveries within South Africa only. Orders will be delivered directly to the address provided. For remote areas we may charge an additional cost in line with courier rates. We will notify you of any possible additional courier costs before dispatchment.
COLLECTION:
Collection by arrangement only. Please email to confirm collection address.
TURN-AROUND TIME:
Our turnaround times are 5 to 7 days (fabrication) plus shipping (express or standard) from receipt of payment.
Return & Exchange Policy
All returns have to be pre-authorized before they can be returned. Peachy Designs will issue you a confirmation and instructions on how to return the goods.
We will authorize the return after it has been evaluated.
Please note you have five working days to notify us of a problem. If the error is ours, the posting fee is free to collect and return the goods to you. Peachy Designs do not process returns, however will endeavour to rectify your order.
